This is the first time I have read your (or any!) blogs. Recently my husband and our 2 babies (4 and 1) moved to Phnom Penh for a year so the idea of a ‘fish out of water’ blog appeals to me immenseley. Thankfully a wonderful girlfriend of mine gave me your book to read on our trip over. What a blessing! I have read it about 3 times now and can feel myself destined to be a big fan of your blog :) In fact, I wonder often if a blog wouldn’t help me work through some of my feelings of the culture shock, lonliness and isolation I am currently feeling in these early months of living in a new country? THanks again for a fantastic book!!
