Petite, I am getting concerned that your blog is becoming an afterthought since you are now a published author. I know you say you’re moving right now, but what about the past few months, when your blogging has dwindled? Are the witty, insightful, well written, honest posts of the past gone forever? Is this going to be simply a bulletin board to inform us of your next book signing, or party, or toe stubbing?

Please keep your blog up! It’s the way many of us feel in love with you, and it was your first love. If you aren’t willing to give it proper attention, then let it die a dignified death. What’s been here in the past few months–with a couple of notable exceptions—has been sickly.

Petite, have just read your book after spotting it on the ‘must reads’ table at my local library and I loved it – compulsive stuff, it only took me two days to devour it. Must confess was only vaguely aware of what blogs even were until I investigated yours and I now hold you personally responsible for my new addiction.

One question: things have obviously moved on from where the book ends (new pad, new man and lovely wedding photos etc) where do I pick up from to catch up fully?

i stumbled across your blog in my google search for the answers for mes devoirs de maison. and i must say, that im hooked! i moved to port au prince, so i somehow find your snippets of french phrases in your entries very amusing! because right now im speaking what my colleagues call “franglish” (français+english) and i must say im picking tips from your blog! hahaha! thank you!
